I arrived Friday 4pm with my girlfriend. The lady at the front desk was exceptionally polite, friendly, helpful and professional. Also the gentlemen working behind the bar was quite patient with us, took time to answer our questions and go through the drinks on offer as we weren't sure what we were in the mood for. I wish I had asked for their names because they deserve a special mention for representing this hotel so well. The hotel was in an amazing location, so close to many great attractions like Temple Bar and The Olympia theatre whilst also just enough streets over to maintain a quiet peaceful atmosphere around the hotel itself. We encountered no noise issues and no problems in general. We left so happy with our stay and we will be visiting this hotel again on our next trip to Dublin.

Location was great, we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. Teeling distillery 20 min, guiness storehouse was about 30 min. Less than 10 to the cathedral and castle. Right next door one side is a great pub called Darkey Kelly's, go early, it gets really busy, other side is a nice little breakfast cafe that opens at 8.30, great food. Hotel was spotlessly clean and the staff were super helpful. Bed was pretty comfy, ensuite was large. Shower was super powerful although it took us a while to figure out taps are not hot and cold ! FYI they are temp and throttle. Nice to have a quality coffee machine, shame the cups don't fit without removing the driptray. Small annoyance having to ask for more milk all the time, supplies seemed a little stingy.

I arrived at the hotel having booked in on line. Painless experience I have to say. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The hotel smelled lush.. I asked for a rm change as I didn't want a rm opposit the lift. This was done with no fuss. Went to the room, it was clean and comfortable lovely coffee machine. Phoned down for a hairdryer as the one in the rm didn't work. The receptionist arrived with replacement, the original was working but I was not using it properly. All was done with a smile and very helpful. The bed was very comfortable! I was more than happy with my stay. I cannot recommend highly enough.

The staff was quite helpful, also when we forgot to bring our electric outlet adapter. The room was comfortable and it had a nice view. The location is very good, super close to touristic places and monuments, and it is located in the Temple Bar area, which is quite very nice for going out at night. The bus stop to get to the airport is also quite close. There is a nice pub next door where you can have dinner (with some live music if you're into that) and a nice café on the other side where you can have breakfast too. I would stay here again.

Will definitely stay here again. Staff were really friendly and helpful, and were more than willing to accommodate us when we needed to make changes to our booking last minute. Rate was very reasonable, and the room was clean, spacious, quiet, and kitted out with everything including an iron and ironing board. Bed was comfy, and the bathroom was also spacious and clean, with a full bath and a great shower. We wish we had found this spot sooner, because our other recent stays in Dublin have been similarly priced but nowhere near as nice.
